How it operates (Travel Agents)

Arrive:
Proceedings kick off at 6pm and with drink in hand, agents are divided into groups, allowing them to rotate around the suppliers for 10 minutes, rather like speed-dating!

Network:
Suppliers give a short presentation about their products and services. On arrival agents are given a booklet of questions to answer.

Eat & drink:
The plush hotel venues will lay on a tasty buffet spread for agents and suppliers to enjoy.

Win:
A prize draw will be held, where agents will get the chance to win the amazing prizes generous suppliers donate.



Sponsors (Suppliers)will deliver a training presentation to each agent team, and will be responsible for ensuring their activity is engaging.

The speed-circuit training sessions will be followed by the chance to network and mingle.

Who will attend?

Agents:
A mix of high street managers, counter staff from multiples, miniples and independents, plus homeworkers and online and call centre agents. This provides suppliers with the opportunity to develop lucrative partnerships across numerous sales channels.
The following Travel agents have attended previous workshops;
Thomas Cook, Worldchoice, STA Travel, Co-Operative Travel and many more.

Suppliers(Sponsors):
Tourist boards, tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, ancillary suppliers, travel companies, consolidators - anyone selling travel interested in reaching agents in the UK.
To ensure quality time for suppliers, numbers will be limited to nine per event.

Sponsors (Suppliers) Benefits

Branding:
Your logos will appear on agent itineraries and all
correspondence with agents, including email campaigns.

Pop-up displays:
The chance to display your own pop-up advertising
display. Please note: Sponsors will need to supply their own display.

Literature:
Sponsors can hand out brochures,marketing literature and additional training material to the agents.

Dedicated training:
Sponsors will be given dedicated time to engage with up to 10 teams of up to 10 agents, giving you the chance to showcase the most significant USPs of your products.

Prizes:
Each supplier will have the opportunity to offer prizes that will be highlighted in pre-roadshow features. Suppliers are required to ensure the quality and value of their prizes maintain the standards of the event and do not undermine their own product offering.

Agent details:
All agents' data will be shared with sponsors after the roadshows, enabling follow-up opportunities with in excess of 500 contacts.

Travel Media coverage:
The worksop will be promoted and published in the UK's most popular travel publication.Special features, including photos and videos of the event will be published online.
These will include sponsors' logos.
The roadshows will have a section on the publishers website, including logos, registration details, photos and videos from the events.

Reporters:
Reporters will be on hand at each roadshow to hear about latest news and product update from sponsors.
